RACQ’s reputation recognised with national industry award

RACQ has received one of the strongest satisfaction ratings as voted by its own members, ahead of 12 other national brands, in a new customer satisfaction rating revealed this week.

The Club has been jointly recognised in the independent Engaged Strategy Customer Excellence Award for the Strongest Reputation for Motor and Property Insurance.

RACQ Group CEO Ian Gillespie said the mutual organisation was humbled to receive this recognition as it was reinforcement the Club was ‘doing it right’ for members.

“Our members are at the heart of everything we do at RACQ and for them to provide such a high score for satisfaction in their dealings with us makes it all worthwhile,” Mr Gillespie said.

“It’s independent industry awards like this that provide the recognition and extra motivation for our team to feel good about their role and to keep striving to do even better.

“More than 100 RACQ members were asked to rate their satisfaction with us and to learn we scored an overall net promoter satisfaction score of 8.7 – which is the highest score achieved nationally across 12 motoring brands and 11 property insurance brands – is truly incredible.”

According to Engaged Strategy, the recipients of this award were organisations that had been recognised by their own customers as having the most highly regarded reputation across the assessed brands.

This award followed the Customer Excellence Award for the Most Recommended Brand which was awarded to RACQ motor insurance in 2018.
